Maintenance Services

Keep Your Rig Running Year-Round.

Keep Your RV Ready for the Road

Routine service helps your RV's equipment work reliably and gives you a chance to address wear before it interrupts your plans. Our four maintenance packages cover the cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and scheduled service appropriate for your RV's installed equipment.

Service is performed according to applicable manufacturer instructions and the equipment's condition and service history. Each visit includes a written service summary showing work completed, concerns found, and recommended follow-up.

All prices are starting prices and cover the included service labor. Parts, materials, fluids, filters, lubricants, sealants, and other supplies are additional. Repairs and work beyond the package scope require a separate approved estimate.

Parts, Materials & Additional Work

Package prices cover service labor only. Replacement parts, oils, filters, cleaning products, lubricants, sealants, chemicals, and other materials are charged separately.

Starting prices assume accessible equipment and routine service needs. Heavy buildup, equipment removal, overdue major service, additional components, or difficult access may require extra labor. We explain the work and obtain approval before adding charges.

Additional quoted services may include roof washing or resealing, freshwater sanitization, tankless water-heater descaling, slide-room alignment, leveling repairs, winterization, and major appliance work.

This is a maintenance service record. A comprehensive inspection with a detailed equipment-condition report is available through our separate RV Inspection Service Plans.

Services We Perform

Annual Service Package

A thorough top-to-bottom inspection and service covering all major systems — roof, electrical, plumbing, appliances, slide-outs, and chassis components. We document everything, diagnose any issues found, and provide you with a detailed estimate of any repairs needed, keeping your rig in peak condition and your manufacturer warranty intact.

Roof Inspection & Resealing

Water intrusion is the number one cause of serious RV damage — and it almost always starts at the roof. We walk every inch of your roof, inspecting all seams, vent bases, skylights, and penetrations for cracks, lifting, or failed sealant. Any compromised areas are cleaned and resealed with the correct materials for your roof type, stopping leaks before they start.

Appliance Service & Tune-Up

Your RV's appliances work hard and need regular attention to stay safe and efficient. We clean burner assemblies, test ignition systems, inspect heat exchangers, and verify proper operation on your refrigerator, furnace, air conditioner, water heater, and range. Catching a failing component during a service visit is far less costly than an emergency repair mid-trip.

Slide-Out Maintenance

Slide-out systems rely on precise alignment and well-lubricated mechanisms to operate correctly. Over time, seals dry out, tracks accumulate debris, and motors strain against resistance. We lubricate all slide components, condition the seals, check alignment, and inspect the drive system — preventing the kind of wear that leads to costly repairs or a slide that won't retract when you need to hit the road.

Battery & Electrical Check

A weak battery or failing converter can leave you without power at the worst moment. We load-test your batteries, clean and inspect terminals, check your converter and inverter output, and verify the health of your 12V system. If your rig has solar, we inspect the charge controller, connections, and panel output to make sure your system is performing as designed.

Plumbing Flush & Sanitize

Over time, fresh water systems can develop bacteria, mineral buildup, and stale odors. We flush and sanitize your fresh water tank and lines, replace water filters, inspect the pump and pressure switch, and check all connections for drips or wear. Clean water on every trip — that's the goal.

Winterization

Freezing temperatures can crack pipes, damage pumps, and ruin water heaters if your plumbing isn't properly protected. We winterize your RV using compressed air blow-out or RV-safe antifreeze — whichever method is right for your system — and document all steps so you know exactly what was done and what to expect when spring arrives.

De-Winterization & Spring Prep

Getting your RV ready for the season takes more than just flushing the antifreeze. We perform a full system recommission — flushing and sanitizing the water system, recharging batteries, testing all appliances, inspecting the roof and seals after winter storage, and verifying that every system is operating correctly before your first trip of the year.

Warranty Maintenance

Many RV manufacturers and "Forever Warranties" require documented annual inspections and/or maintenance to keep your warranty valid. We perform all required warranty inspection items and provide written documentation of the work completed — so you have the records you need if a warranty claim ever arises. Don't let a missed service interval cost you coverage on a major repair.
