I highly recommend Monster RV Repair and Cory, the owner. I recently had an issue with the Aqua-Hot system in my Fleetwood Discovery, and Cory went above and beyond from the very beginning. I initially used Cory's Tech Connect service, which is a reasonably priced paid service that allows him to connect with you by phone or video to diagnose and troubleshoot an issue remotely. I really liked having this option because it gave me the opportunity to troubleshoot the problem with someone who actually knows Aqua-Hot systems before paying for a full service call when it might not have been necessary. Cory's knowledge of the Aqua-Hot system was outstanding. Even through Tech Connect, he was able to walk me through the troubleshooting process, identify the main issue, and explain what was going on. What impressed me just as much as his technical knowledge was his honesty. In the RV repair world, it can be hard to find someone you feel you can completely trust. Cory wasn't looking for an excuse to charge me for something I didn't need or put a temporary "fix" on the problem just to have it fail again later. He was straightforward about what my system needed and why. After diagnosing the problem, I decided to have Cory come out and fully service my Aqua-Hot system. I'm glad I did because it has never run better. The fact that Cory owns Monster RV Repair and is personally the one doing the repairs gives me a lot of confidence. He puts his own name behind his work, and it shows in the quality of the service. If you have an Aqua-Hot system or need RV repair, I highly recommend giving Monster RV Repair a call. The combination of Cory's knowledge, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right is something you don't find every day. Five stars all day long! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely outstanding service! Cory was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Monster RV diagnosed the issue and got the job done quickly. The quality of the work was excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. I cannot recommend Monster RV (Cory) enough! Cory is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, clean, and precise with his work. His professionalism and honesty are truly second to none. One of the things I appreciate most is that Cory is willing to video chat with me when I'm having an issue to see if it's something that can be diagnosed or resolved without a service call. Being able to potentially save a huge repair bill—not to mention the hassle of loading up my 5th wheel and taking it to a service center—is absolutely amazing. It's hard to find someone you can genuinely trust with your RV, and Cory has definitely earned that trust. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an issue with our RV toilet, and Monster RV Repairs LLC went above and beyond to help us. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest, dependable, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. They discovered that our toilet was under recall and handled everything needed to get us a brand-new replacement. Had them out to inspect and reseal our roof and patch the roof. They also replaced the swipe seals on our slide out, resealed all exterior seals, and replaced our converter. Very honest and answer any questions asked. Did amazing quick work. Won't use anybody else! Highly recommend!

I had a really frustrating charging issue where my solar and lithium battery system just wouldn't communicate or charge correctly. Sometimes charging fine, other times draining for no obvious reason. Cory came out and actually took the time to properly diagnose the problem correctly and traced it back to a wiring and programming configuration issue between the solar controller, Inverter and the lithium battery management system that two other shops had missed. He explained exactly what was going on in terms I could understand, fixed it right the first time and it's run like a champ since! I can't recommend Monster RV Repairs enough!
